Bulk Water Delivery FAQ

We are based in Dripping Springs and serve Central Texas and the surrounding Hill Country, including Austin, Wimberley, Driftwood, Johnson City, Blanco, Spicewood, Marble Falls, Bee Cave, Buda and Kyle. Longer distances can be accommodated with prior notice, so if you are outside that range it is worth a call.

We run both 2,000-gallon and 4,000-gallon potable water trucks. The 4,000-gallon truck moves more water per trip, and the 2,000-gallon truck reaches tighter driveways and job sites where a larger truck cannot go safely.

Yes. We supply institutional and retail properties, greenhouses, wineries, breweries, distilleries, construction and industrial sites, and operations that need water during a supply interruption. See our services page for the full list.

Yes. We stage temporary water for weddings, festivals and large gatherings where the venue does not have enough supply on hand. Book early for weekend events during busy season.

Yes. We are equipped and willing to deploy for emergency water needs including hurricanes, flooding, boil-water notices, winter storms, wildfire response, main breaks and pump or power failures. See our emergency relief page for details, or call us directly to discuss a response.

For emergency and disaster relief work, yes, we are available nationwide. For routine deliveries we stay within Central Texas and the surrounding region, though longer hauls can be arranged with prior notice.

Yes. Ranches, greenhouses and businesses often set up a repeating schedule so they are never caught short. Tell us your usage and we will build a rhythm that works.

Yes. We haul potable water in equipment manufactured specifically for potable water and cleaned regularly. We are licensed by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality and accredited by the FDA and the National Sanitation Foundation.

Our water is supplied by the Lower Colorado River Authority, known as the LCRA. It is treated municipal water, not well water or surface water.

Yes. The water we haul is rigorously tested for purity by the Texas Department of State Health Services and the City of Austin.

We are licensed by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, accredited by the FDA and NSF, and we carry general liability insurance. We are glad to provide details if your property or project requires documentation.

We deliver treated potable water, so it starts out in good shape. As with any fill, you should test and balance the water afterward. Your pool professional can advise on the specifics for your system.

We work short-notice requests into the route whenever we can, and customers regularly get water the same day or the next day. During drought season and after storms, demand climbs, so calling early always helps.

Use the water calculator on our site. Enter the dimensions of your pool, tank, cistern or stock pond and it estimates the gallons required and roughly how many truckloads that takes. If you would rather not measure it yourself, we can arrange a site visit.

Payment terms are arranged when you schedule. If plans change, let us know as early as you can. Cancellations made after a truck has already been dispatched may carry a charge to cover our costs.

Yes, pool fills are one of the most common jobs we do. Filling from a garden hose can take days and puts real strain on a well, while we can complete most residential pools in a matter of hours with scheduled truckloads.

Most residential pools are finished the same day. The timing depends on the volume, how far we travel between loads, and site access. We will give you a realistic window when we schedule.

Yes. Hot tubs and spas are small enough that we usually combine them with another delivery on the same trip.

Yes. Dry wells and failed well pumps are a large part of what we do, especially during drought. We deliver into holding tanks, cisterns and storage systems so your household has water while the well recovers or the pump is repaired.

Yes. Topping off rainwater collection tanks and cisterns during dry stretches is a routine delivery for us, and because the water is potable it is suitable for household systems.

Yes. We serve ranches and rural properties throughout the Hill Country with water for stock tanks, troughs and livestock needs, on both emergency and routine schedules.

Clear the path to the fill point, make sure gates are unlocked, move vehicles that block the approach, and be sure someone can point our driver to exactly where the water goes. Confirm ahead of time that the pool, tank or container can safely hold the volume you ordered.

Our trucks need a firm, reasonably level surface and enough overhead and side clearance to reach the fill point. Soft ground, steep grades, low branches and narrow gates are the usual obstacles. Tell us about your site when you call and we will match the right truck to it.

Often yes. That is one reason we run a 2,000-gallon truck alongside the 4,000-gallon truck. Describe the access when you call, or send a photo, and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it in.
