These terms govern your use of the H2O2U Bulk Water Delivery website and the water delivery services we provide. By contacting us or scheduling a delivery, you agree to these terms.
H2O2U provides bulk, potable water delivery to residential, commercial, and industrial customers in Dripping Springs and Central Texas. Services include pool and spa fills, well and stock tank delivery, rainwater system top-offs, and water supply for businesses, events, and operations.
Quotes are based on the information you provide, including volume, location, and access. Final pricing may vary if conditions on site differ from what was described. Longer hauls and difficult access may carry additional fees, which we will communicate before delivery where possible. Payment terms are arranged at the time of scheduling.
We work hard to accommodate your schedule, including short-notice requests when our route allows. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by weather, demand, equipment, road conditions, and water source availability.
You are responsible for providing safe, legal access to the delivery point, including clearance for our truck and a clear path to the fill point. You are responsible for the condition and suitability of the tank, pool, well, or container being filled, and for confirming it can safely receive the volume requested. We are not responsible for overflow, leaks, or damage arising from the condition of your equipment or property.
Our water is supplied by the Lower Colorado River Authority (LCRA), hauled in equipment manufactured for potable water, and tested for purity by the Texas Department of State Health Services and the City of Austin. Once water is delivered into your system, its ongoing quality depends on the cleanliness and condition of that system, which is outside our control.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as early as possible. Cancellations made after a truck has been dispatched may be subject to a charge to cover our costs.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, H2O2U is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services or this website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the delivery giving rise to the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
